Shipping Policies

Products that are ordered via this website will be delivered by mail using Canada Post’s mail delivery system which involves shipping and handling costs that are added to the customer's order. When the school requests to receive the photos at their establishment rather than delivered directly to the customer, the photos will be shipped in bulk to the school and distributed by their personnel using the policies and deadlines established by school management.

The products ordered are ready to be shipped within 20 days of processing your order. Some complementary products such as lamination, mouse pads and photo albums require longer production times. Order errors, deferred or rejected payments also cause further delays, including the cancellation of an order.
