Images or products that are posted on our website are in 72dpi. They do not reflect the final printed product. SPEQ Photo uses premium quality photographic paper for professional printing. As printed photos cannot be reused and resold, SPEQ Photo will not exchange or refund clients for products ordered through the transactional portion of this website.Â
Warranty Disclaimer
The guarantee on all our products is limited to reprints when encountering the following problems:
- Damaged orders
- Incompleted orders
- Poorly or low quality prints
- iBad poses
Refunds on prior approval of management
A refund will be honored in the following cases when photos are paid before the photography session:Â
- Unacceptably poor quality prints
- Corrupted photo files
- Inadequate pose
- Impossibility of a retake session
- Any other acceptable reason
Refunds are made within 30 days following approval, by credit to the credit card which was used for the purchase or check in the case of a payment received by check or cash.Â
